About The Handoff
The Handoff answers one question: who should run your job search. It is published by Dreamwork (dreamworkhq.com), an AI job agent made by Ponder Labs, Inc., whose founders are Colin Johnson (CEO) and Ben Adamsky (CTO). The pages are written by the editors of The Handoff, a team at Dreamwork, and are not independent of it.

Why would a company that sells one option write a guide to all five?
Most people who ask "who should run my job search" get an answer from whoever is selling one of the five. We sell one too. The way we try to earn trust anyway is to show the method, cite every fact with the date we read it, and send readers elsewhere when another option fits better. A recruiter costs you nothing; a coach or a resume writer solves problems an agent does not. The guide says so.
What rules does The Handoff follow?
- Every footer names Dreamwork as the publisher, and the first mention of Dreamwork in any recommendation carries the note "(our publisher)".
- Facts about other companies come from their own pages, read on the date shown.
- No invented testing, reviews, surveys or success rates.
- "Updated" dates move only when the content changes. The changelog says what changed.
